Warranty Terms and Conditio 

•Warranty Coverage

- •New Appliances: All new appliances are covered by a comprehensive warranty for a duration of **6 months** from the date of purchase.

•Used Appliances : Used appliances are protected under a warranty for **4 months** from the date of purchase.

- Should any malfunctions occur within the specified warranty period, we will perform necessary repairs at no cost to the customer. The warranty remains in effect even after a repair has been rendered.

• Refund Policy

- All warranties provided are strictly **non-refundable**.

- All sales transactions are considered **final**; we do not offer refunds

 •Customer Pickup and Service Responsibilities

- Customers who select **in-store pickup** of their appliances bear full responsibility for transporting the appliance back to our location for any warranty-related service. 

- In circumstances where the customer cannot transport the appliance, we offer the option to send a technician to the customer’s location. This service incurs a fee, starting at **$50** for local services, contingent upon distance. 

- Customers located out-of-state are required to deliver their appliances to our store for necessary repairs.

 •Warranty 

- Our warranty coverage is strictly limited to defects in materials and workmanship that result in appliance malfunction. The warranty does not extend to cover:

  - Damage resulting from **physical abuse or misuse** by the customer.

  - Electrical issues** attributable to the customer’s home wiring or electrical system.

  - Improper installation or use** of the appliance, including but not limited to overloading or operating the appliance beyond its specified capabilities.

  

•User Manual and Maintenance

- We strongly recommend consulting the user manual for the specific appliance to ensure proper use and maintenance. Adherence to the guidelines outlined in the manual is essential for maintaining warranty coverage.

•For Customers

- It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure correct usage and installation of their appliance. We encourage customers to reach out with any questions or concerns regarding the warranty terms and conditions to ensure a clear understanding.
